We currently ship throughout the continental United States.

Every order ships directly from our store in Richmond, Virginia - not from a warehouse or fulfillment center.

Our products are selected, packed, and shipped with care by the same team that curates our collection and welcomes customers into our store every day.

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.

Every online order is hand-picked from our store shelves and carefully packed by our team, so your order receives the same thoughtful attention as if you were shopping with us in person.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Your experience matters to us, and we want you to feel confident shopping with Thnk.

If an item isn't the right fit, eligible merchandise may be returned within 7 business days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging and tags.

Simply email info@thnk.com to begin your return, and we'll walk you through the process.

As a small independent boutique, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If you have any questions before placing an order, we're always happy to help you choose the perfect item.

Yes! If you live locally and see something that you like either on our website or our Instagram page, we are happy to help arrange an in-store pickup. Just reach out to us at info@thnk.com and let us know what item you're interested in purchasing, and we can put that aside for you to come pick up in person at your earliest convenience.

Yes! We offer both physical and digital gift cards. You can purchase them in-store or online.
